Team Hotline was developed in 1990 in response to the need for an easy and fast method for communicating between amateur sporting team members and coaches. With players and parents busy schedules, it is not always convenient to access a website for team updates. With Team Hotline, even last minute team updates or weather related delays are communicated instantly from any telephone eliminating coaches making or receiving numerous calls to team members.
Team Hotline members call a central telephone number and when prompted, enter their unique team number. By using Team Hotline, team members will hear the coach’s most recent team message while having the ability to leave a voice mail message for the coach! It’s that simple.
Coach messages are created, by the coach, with secured access to the system via a password selected by the coach. Messages can be changed at anytime with no limit as to how often.
